THREE TIPS FOR SUCCESS
Take your medications on time and as prescribed by your doctor for at least two weeks prior to your program and continue throughout your entire program. Hopefully this is already automatic but it’s so important to your success, we want to make it crystal clear.

Schedule your program for a convenient time when you can complete all your visits without an expected interruption like a vacation or extra busy work week. Life is busy and full of surprises. We fully understand there may be hiccups along the way that impact your schedule but planning ahead to be as consistent as possible will maximize your success.

We recommend scheduling this program three times per week (vs two), at least for the first few weeks. In our experience, the people that have the best results improving their freezing of gait are those that attended visits more frequently each week compared to the same number of visits spread out over a longer period of time.
