Empower Balance is a self pay, out-of-network practice, allowing us to provide individualized care without insurance-driven limitations.

Superbills

For physical therapy, we can provide a superbill upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your insurance plan and are not guaranteed.

Have Medicare?
You are welcome to participate in our wellness and specialty exercise programs. We cannot provide Medicare-covered physical therapy services on a cash-pay basis. If you need skilled PT, we're happy to help connect you with a Medicare provider.
